The typical rhetoric online can probably be simmered down to the phrase “If you want to lose fat then create a calorie deficit, it's not hard” and of course from a technical perspective that's correct. In fact, that's the only thing that would ever work - but that's not really the point and illustrating this just involves using the same principle to ‘solve’ another issue.
