TM Fitness Training & Nutrition

1:1 Personal Training & Pilates

200 for 4 session

Includes posture correction, injury rehab and sports conditioning. Suitable for all ages and all fitness levels.
30 minute Metabolic HIIT sessions
30 1 per week 50 2 per week
Hard "fat burning" workout, ideal for convenient lunchtime sessions. 
(includes 5 minute warm-up & cool-down)
Movement & Posture Assessment

50 Functional Assessment
60 minute assessments for posture and functional movement to identify and address weakness and imbalances. Exercises will be prescribed and a follow-up assessment booked in for a month's time.
Lactate Threshold Heart Rate Test

50 one off test
The LTHR test is performed on a turbo trainer, you will need your own bike, heart rate monitor and cadence sensor. Ideally you will be a seasoned rider and know your 25 minute time trial pace. Please bring a towel.

Sports Nutrition Coaching

100 Sports consultation  
Includes weekly email support for 1 month
270 3 month performance plan
Initial consultation, monthly email support and personal drop box folder for file sharing.

60 one off nutrition consultation (doesn't include ongoing support)
